How experiences are created?
It is an all known fact that it is our belief and thoughts that plays the key factor of our development. Which indeed leads us to new experiences day by day. We basically evolve ourselves with each new experience, which gives us knowledge ,thus we stay updated and ahead in the race of life.
But at times the same experience makes us feel at the bottom of the world, we fight, witness road rage, get involved in arguments, and lots many other awful stuff that we all wish we had not experienced! Many will say it had to happen. It’s life. Ups and Down’s and we face bitter, soar experience and that’s how we learn!
As this experiences start occurring in life again and again, as we all come across this scenes again and again these questions starts to arise. Why we see it ? why we experience it ? why we walk in this type of stuff again and again ?
We create Experience . The belief system with the amount of thoughts and feeling in it is the true reason behind the attraction of all good and bad situations and leads to favorable experience into our-life.
The core belief is the most basic reason behind our experience and if we patiently and calmly analyse our core belief, we can deduce the occurrences of most mysterious events of our life. Core belief is a system of believes/thoughts which are planted into our system from years, some since childhood by over and over repetition of it, It shapes the way we see the world. Lets say when you were a kid. You were told ‘ you can’t do this work,it’s too tough for you’ over the years passed you are still being told and you repetitively feel that, that’s your reality. So later in life whenever the new opportunity presents itself the very first thought will come to you is ” It’s too tough for me,i can’t do it” and that’s your core belief talking. It will not only restrict you from doing that specific task but along with it, it will stop you from entertaining all the other possibilities of life.
How does It create similar situation?
Overthinking is another key factor in development of bad experiences and repetitive situations. Unable to let go of a thought of bad experience.You remember those times in schools and colleges where teachers raises their voices at us or we got to a party and are unable to dance. Or public speaking, we are summoned in front of our crew, our mates and are told to deliver a speech or a presentation. And the only thing you do is stare at them and just be quite or stammer. That’s a bad experience. And it is often seen in research that humans recall bad thing more quickly than the good things. And if you keep on overthinking those thoughts than by default you’re gonna attract the same situations thus leading to the same experiences. If we continue to believe in this we will take all that same steps that had lead us in past to that embarrassment, thus relocating us to the same similar situation and therefore experience.
Few months back I met my old client and he was returning from bank, irritated and in foul mood. So I asked him what happened and he said, Whenever I go to the bank I argue with my manager over the process of delaying my funds and of releasing my funds or cashing out the check. I asked him why ? Why is that ? He said that those people at the bank sit all day in AC and don’t do work at all and pass the time by gossiping and not giving the customers the service they promise. Then I asked him how many such bad experience we are talking about here ? He said almost every time I go. I again asked him is this the complaint of everyone? He said nope only mine. And next he answers his own questions, he said i mean come on i observe them doing work so slow. i can see them doing nothing!! And i said that’s why you are in this situation again and again.
Like him we all come across these things on different levels and at that time we need to look at our thoughts. He can do lot many things in this situation, like have patience, of course when you decide to let your thought be that they are not doing anything there is no way you gonna be nice to them, so be nice to them talk politely. Don’t think at all that they are slow in there work because that will ruin your mood and make you see all their faults. And which will repeat the whole cycle again. Look away from the situation, change the way you look at it.
And above all remember the teaching of the law of attraction that universe reads vibrations which arise from thoughts and belief. So when you think and believe in good as opposed to being angry and irritated at the situation you will not only attract that situation in your life ever again but also have control over the same if it ever arises again.
