i’m quite sure that with the increase in popularity of the term “Meditation” There are centers and classes going on and on and on, On teaching of mediation. But do we all really know what meditation is? There are many different definition of and on meditation. The term itself is so flexible that you can blend it, connect it with your peace itself! Yes the true goal of mediation is to reach to the ultimate inner peace where all the activity slows down ,where you can actually feel that time is stopping, movements are slow, details are clear, where you only feel harmony, and the most important: satisfaction. Yes this is mediation. This is the feeling of mediation.
Why do people need to mediate ?The answer to this question is very simple. In modern contemporary lifestyle, we come across several situation that stresses us out. Drains our energy and leaves us exhausted. Some of the effects of stress is continuous irritation over small things, it not only ruins our personal health but it also destroys our love life. Some of the symptoms of stress are low energy, loss of appetite, headaches and insomnia.
You know those moments when you are psyched about starting new day and fulfill all tasks. But as the day approaches, your energy declines. We like to call it energy vampires, because just like a real vampire, these energy vampires sucks energy right out of us. We have to avoid these energy vampires by adopting certain methods. These methods include plenty exercise, positive thinking and meditation. Meditation is like an alternate energy source. A reservoir of inner peace and calmness. Daily practice of meditation combats these energy vampires, thereby keeping you stress free with more smile, more often. This is why people need to meditate.Yeah ditto.

Step 1 :- Make your self comfortable or find a place where you are comfortable it doesn’t matter which place it can be your room, computer class, beach, dinning room. anything that can make you feel comfortable
Step 2:- start breathing, Breath slowly don’t breath fast or in hurry you don’t want to run outa breath. inhale from nose and exhale from mouth, do this repeatedly, do it till you don’t feel calm. do it till you feel that your One thought form is breaking and the new one is starting to form. just breath deeply you’ll start feeling it as soon as you do.
NOTE the reason why breathing is so important in all form of mediation is because, breathing can forms new thought or at least helps to break the old one which we don’t need. And it is been said that ” A change in though is a change in world ” here consider the change in your world , a better world .
Step 3:- keeping your eyes close ? well i say keep your eyes open because we are human beings, a being who either is buried in past experience, past sorrows. Or we mostly tend to stay in future think about what we want and how badly we want and we imagine scenes that are yet to be created . sometime those wild imaginations come true and mostly it doesn’t so if we keep our eyes closed than we actually promote the either of one a lot or in someone cases both of it comes together.But we always forget that in order to create the future we need TO BE PRESENT IN “THE NOW” we need to be right here and no flying away anywhere . So keeping and eye open will make you see the thigh that is happening in the now.
Step 4:- See all those things , observe them carefully, basically see what is happening around you how many people are sitting, if you are at beach listen to the sound of waves hitting shores, feel the mild moisture of sand and smell the beautiful scent that mother earth has provided us with.
